We're looking for a high-impact, entrepreneurial Chief of Staff
To help build the operating engine behind one of the most ambitious healthcare companies in Europe. This is a leadership-level seat, not a support role- real ownership over how Flok scales from here. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our CEO: building the internal foundations we scale on, shaping the story that makes Flok resonate externally, and identifying what matters most to the business and driving it forward.
You'll Have
- A foundation in a high-rigour, quantitative environment, with real comfort in internal and board-level reporting.
- Genuine operating experience inside a high-growth startup, not only an advisory or investor vantage point, you've actually owned outcomes, not just recommended them.
- A track record of building and owning investor relations processes: board packs, investor updates, and the judgement to know what a great one looks like.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to act as a credible external-facing extension of a CEO, with PR agencies, investors, and other outside stakeholders.
- A structured approach to internal comms and operating cadence, the instinct to build rhythm and accountability as a team scales, not just react to what's in front of you.
- A first-principles thinker who's energised by working problems out loud, our CEO reasons in real time, probing and pressure-testing ideas as he goes, and you'll take that same thinking through to ownership: turning the conversation into a solution, and the solution into results.
- Sharp attention to detail, high trust, low ego, and a genuine desire to use your skills in service of exceptional healthcare at scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
