📍London | 💰£90,000 - £120,000 + Incentive Awards tied to your performance + Benefits ✨

The Chief of Staff (CoS) will support our Group CFO, working across the Finance collective, which encompasses 250+ individuals. You'll play a critical role in managing operations, aligning leadership, and driving strategic initiatives.

  • Strategic Oversight: Ensure key initiatives are on track, providing updates and alignment with leadership.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Summarise insights and create compelling presentations and reports that support decision making and interactions with internal (i.e. Board, Executive team) and external (i.e. Investors) stakeholders.
  • Execution & Accountability: Own the implementation of initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders to keep projects on track.
  • Strategic Doer: Combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking to align cross-functional teams with the CFO's vision.
  • Leadership Team Support: Assist the CFO in running leadership team (LT) meetings, preparing materials.
  • Operational Collaboration: Leverage people skills to build relationships across the company and partner with the CoS to the CEO, CFO's EA and Finance Senior Leadership to coordinate key initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.

  • Formulating and executing strategic projects.
  • Collaborating across the company to remove roadblocks and solve complex challenges.
  • Organising team engagement initiatives like collective All Hands, Offsites in partnership with EAs etc.
  • Preparing the CFO for meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Drafting and communicating major updates.

  • Skilled in financial analysis and analytical tools.

  • Curious, organised multi-tasker who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and proactively solves problems.
