Spectrum Search Partnership Opportunity

Spectrum Search is partnered with a well-backed AI software company seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO on strategic, operational, and commercial priorities. This is a senior, hands-on position with broad exposure across the organisation and significant responsibility for solving complex problems as the business scales.

About the Opportunity

The company is an early-stage AI software business working with established enterprise customers. As the organisation grows, it is strengthening the processes, reporting, and operating structures required to scale effectively.

The Role

The Chief of Staff will operate across strategy and operations, working closely with senior leadership and taking ownership of high-priority initiatives that sit across traditional functional boundaries. This role is suited to someone with a strong background in management consulting, investment banking, strategy, and operations, or an early-stage technology company.

The successful candidate will combine analytical depth with strong commercial judgment and the ability to move between detailed operational work and senior-level communication. They will also represent the CEO in selected customer, investor, and internal leadership settings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
