Chief of Staff
Hybrid – UK
£100-110,000 salary plus benefits
T2M resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a global engineering business that provides services to the manufacturing, FMCG, and automation sectors.
As Chief of Staff, this role will drive strategic business change and process improvement projects in partnership with the executive team. The Chief of Staff position requires an individual with outstanding communication and organisation skills that has previously delivered a portfolio of multiple projects concurrently.
Key Duties of a Chief of Staff
- Take ownership of strategic and transformation projects across the Group.
- Design and deliver new processes, policies, and governing frameworks.
- Business partnering with executive team and divisional Managing Directors.
- Complete gap-analysis evaluations, identify future state, and set an actionable plan.
- Implementing new tools for project planning, reporting, and tracking.
- Lead steering committees and executive review meetings.
- Acting as a point of contact across the organisation on business change/transformation projects.
- Reporting to the CEO and Board on project progress, success, and challenges.

Requirements to be Successful as Chief of Staff
- MBA/Degree level education in Business Management or similar field.
- Proven experience in delivering transformation and business change projects.
- Confident communicator and presenter at all stakeholder levels.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of engineering and manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of company finances/accounting practices.
- Project management or business change qualification such as PROSCI.

This Chief of Staff role will be based in the UK with a hybrid working pattern including weekly travel to London. Flexibility and availability to be on-site when required is essential.
