Role Description
The Chief of Staff – Impact Coaching Coalitions will support the strategic and operational development of the Impact Coaching Coalition pillar in a volunteer to start, remote capacity. This role will coordinate coaching and consulting initiatives for corporations, impact entrepreneurs, traditional entrepreneurs transitioning to impact-focused work, and partner institutions such as universities, governments and NGOs. - Organizing and facilitating coalition meetings
- Aligning coaches and partner organizations around key objectives
- Managing communication and documentation
- Tracking progress against impact goals and program milestones

The Chief of Staff will also help design and refine processes, support relationship-building with NGOs and educational institutions, and contribute to the development of scalable frameworks for impact coaching communities. Collaboration with the leadership team, volunteers, and global partners will be central, with flexibility to work across time zones and cultural contexts.
Qualifications
- Strategic planning and program management skills, including the ability to prioritize initiatives, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and develop clear processes and timelines.
- Experience in relationship management, coalition-building, or community organizing, with comfort engaging NGOs, entrepreneurs, educators, and corporate partners.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication, facilitation of virtual meetings, and preparation of summaries and reports.
- Background or interest in social impact, sustainability, or social entrepreneurship, and alignment with the foundation’s focus on personal accountability and a “new definition of winning.”
- Ability to work independently in a remote, volunteer environment, demonstrating reliability, adaptability, and respect for diverse cultures and perspectives.
- Prior experience supporting coaching, consulting, or educational programs is beneficial, especially in coordinating coaches or mentors across networks.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents, project management platforms) and comfort working across global time zones.
- Relevant education or professional experience in fields such as nonprofit management, business, public policy, international development.
