About Stride

Normal health isn't good enough - tired, stressed and slowly declining shouldn't be the baseline. Stride is building a next-generation preventative health membership: a full multi-omic profile (DNA, microbiome, blood biomarkers, epigenetics, oral health), 500+ markers retested twice yearly to track direction of travel, turned into concrete action - diet, training, supplements - with a coach, dietitian or physiologist alongside each member. Elite longevity concierge, everyday price, no clinics required.

The role

We're well funded and moving fast - product, growth, operations and a US launch, all at once. That speed means things get built in parallel by people with no time to look up. This role is the person who does.

You'll sit alongside the CEO, turning intent into action: in the room when decisions are made, then making sure they actually happen, the right people informed, steps sequenced, follow-up chased without being asked twice. The job calls for structure that doesn't slow anything down, and the judgement to know how much is enough. One hour it's a leadership meeting, the next an operational snag, then a document that shapes a decision: nothing is beneath it, nothing above it.

Core Responsibilities

  • Run the cadence of leadership meetings, offsites and planning cycles - agendas, pre-reads, decisions, follow-through
  • Track the priorities that matter most, and chase down what's at risk of slipping
  • Turn ambiguous direction from the CEO into clear ownership, timelines and next steps
  • Close loops - notice when something agreed weeks ago has quietly stalled
  • Step into whichever part of the business needs structure that month - ops, launch planning, hiring, or a cross-team project with no natural owner
  • Run specific initiatives end to end, including ones outside any single function's remit
  • Build lightweight trackers and rituals that keep a growing team coordinated without adding bureaucracy
  • Prep the CEO for board meetings, investor updates and other high-stakes moments
  • Act as a sounding board and second pair of eyes, with the discretion that comes from seeing most of the business
  • Know when to escalate, when to decide, and when to let something go

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Success looks like:

  • fewer things falling through the cracks
  • leadership time spent on decisions rather than discussion
  • visible improvement in how the team plans and delivers
  • a CEO who trusts that whatever's handed off gets done

What You'll Likely Bring

  • Experience as a chief of staff, in a founder's office, general management or high-ownership operations - ideally where you had to build structure, not inherit it
  • A track record working closely with a founder or senior leader under genuine ambiguity
  • Strong organisational instincts - you build the tracker, write the follow-up, notice the gap
  • Comfort without a defined lane, judged on outcomes rather than whose job it was
  • Excellent written communication - turning a messy conversation into a document others can act on
  • A bias to action, and working fluency with AI tools to move faster than headcount alone would allow

A People team built for ambitious businesses

The old model for People & Talent doesn’t work for today's businesses. We've built a better one.

Traditionally, early-stage Founders had two options: handle People & Talent themselves, losing precious time they should be spending on product or go-to-market, or hire a generalist, expected to cover everything from culture to recruitment to performance. We offer a more impactful alternative: A fully flexible, fractional People & Talent team with specialist skillsets and hands-on delivery, ready to start driving impact for your business in weeks, not months.
