Key Responsibilities

Strategy Decision Support and President Enablement

• Partner closely with the President to shape, challenge and communicate the strategy and priorities for the international business, with clear tradeoffs, timing and ownership.
• Support the President on complex decisions by framing the issues, gathering input and presenting clear options and recommendations.
• Lead preparation for executive reviews, leadership meetings, offsites and major partner discussions, ensuring materials are clear, supported by data and focused on decisions.
• Turn the President's direction into clear objectives, actions and measures of success for the international leadership team.

International Alignment and Cross Functional Leadership

• Work across regional leaders and global functions to align priorities, timing and dependencies across Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
• Create clarity on decisions, ownership and escalation paths, and follow through to ensure agreed actions are completed.
• Lead selected cross-functional initiatives sponsored by the President, particularly where work spans markets, regions or global teams.
• Identify risks, gaps or misalignment early and work with the relevant leaders to resolve them.

Executive Communication

• Develop clear presentations, updates and business narratives that connect international strategy, performance and priorities.
• Prepare communications and briefing materials for the President for internal and external audiences.
• Keep leadership discussions focused on the most important business issues, decisions and actions.

Strategic Initiatives and Special Projects

• Lead a focused set of high-impact projects for the President, which may include growth plans, market expansion, operating model changes and new business opportunities.
• Set clear goals, plans, owners and checkpoints, working closely with regional and functional teams through delivery.
• Review outcomes and lessons learned to improve future planning and execution.

Leadership Team Effectiveness

• Partner with the President and People team on leadership effectiveness, organizational priorities and ways of working across the international business.
• Help the international leadership team work effectively across markets, time zones and global functions, with clear communication and accountability.
• Support leaders with planning, executive communication and cross-functional collaboration when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-8 years of experience in strategy, investment banking, or a Chief of Staff role within a complex international organization.
• Experience working closely with senior executives and leading work across multiple regions and functions.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding, including experience with business planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Strong judgment and the ability to work through ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders and move work forward without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing high-quality executive materials.
• Experience in consumer products, sports, entertainment, media, collectibles, marketplaces or technology is preferred.
• Able to work from the London office five days per week and travel internationally from time to time.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
