Chief of Staff, Consumer Science Role

Manage operational and technical elements of the Consumer Science Lead Team.

Track spending across all people and non-People cost packages throughout the year to ensure Global Consumer Science is within budget.

Work with the VP Global Consumer Science to run analysis on the Organization to ensure the Org Design is best utilising the resources and talent.

Monthly reporting on spend and organisational KPIs.

Your Background

  • Extensive experience and a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, accounting, economics, data science, analytics.
  • Must have experience in project management, project and organisation planning within a commercial organisation.
  • Strategic thinking, while having ability to excel in leading tactical activities.
  • Highly action oriented, drive for results, innovative, challenging status quo.
  • Experience working with large sets of advanced analytics platforms and data is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable with level of confidentiality required particularly with organisation planning (design and cost) and salary and benefit cost discussions.
