Role Description

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Northampton, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving sustainable growth across the business. The COO will lead operational strategy, ensuring efficient delivery of executive search and e-fulfilment growth services, and aligning processes with the company’s commercial objectives. Qualifications

  • Strong Business Planning and strategic leadership skills, with experience designing and executing operational and commercial growth plans.
  • Proven Operations Management expertise, including process optimization, performance management, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Extensive knowledge of Finance and Budgeting, including managing P&L, resource allocation, and cost control.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, 3PL, or related sectors, ideally in senior operational or executive roles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client and partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive continuous improvement, and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience is an advantage.
