Role Description
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at REM Associates Ltd will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient delivery of executive search and e-fulfilment growth services for clients in the logistics and supply chain sector. This full-time, on-site role in the London Area, United Kingdom, involves overseeing operational processes, managing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement across the business. The COO will collaborate closely with the leadership team to align operational strategy with commercial objectives, optimise resource allocation, and support scalable growth.

Qualifications
- Strong business planning and strategic leadership skills to shape and implement operational roadmaps.
- Proven expertise in operations management within logistics, supply chain, or professional services environments.
- Advanced analytical skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making evidence-based decisions.
- Solid finance and budgeting capabilities, including cost management, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
- Experience leading and developing diverse teams, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Background in logistics, 3PL, supply chain, or related sectors; experience in executive search or consultancy is an advantage.
- Relevant degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
