Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a volunteer, on-site role based in Greater London and is responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations to support the firm’s strategic objectives. The COO will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and execute business plans, refine operational processes, and ensure that internal systems align with regulatory standards and fiduciary responsibilities. Typical responsibilities include managing operational workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting financial and budgeting processes. The role will also involve identifying operational risks and opportunities, implementing process improvements, and contributing to long-term growth initiatives while maintaining a client-centric focus.

Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and Business Planning skills to design, implement, and oversee efficient processes.
- Solid Finance and Budgeting capabilities to support resource allocation, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or financial services operations is highly beneficial.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of integrity and client-focused mindset.
- Relevant academic background (e.g., business, finance, economics, or related field) or equivalent professional experience.
