COO/CGO Executive Search – London (remote)
We are representing a rapidly expanding and leading global executive search firm, who exclusively focus on providing executive talent to private equity backed software companies, undergoing major transformation and growth.
With a business that has built its world-class reputation upon delivering the best talent through their strong research-led approach and extensive global professional network; they have had year-on-year growth in the last 3 years and an increase in the number of senior-level appointments made at their multi-billion-dollar software clients.
To supplement their growth and strengthen their already very successful leadership team, they are looking to appoint a COO/CGO/MD to play a pivotal role driving operational excellence; enabling the company to achieve its ambitious growth and exit goals over the next few years.

Acting as a strategic partner to both the CEO and Founder, the COO will lead operations, organizational development, and client success, while implementing scalable processes and enhancing the firm’s marketplace.

To take the business to their next phase, our client is looking for someone who has delivered consistent sales teams and gross profit growth, within the past 5 years.
You will ideally have familiarity with private equity and the SaaS/SaaS industries; alongside the desire to offer the highest level of service. You will have proven experience in a senior sales management role within executive search or professional recruitment and strong strategic planning, governance, and project management skills.
