About the Role
The COO will own group-wide operations and execution across ActAI businesses, functions, and markets. The role is responsible for making sure priorities translate into clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and fast execution.
What you will be doing
- Turn group priorities into targets, owners, timelines, and operating plans.
- Run operating reviews and identify businesses, teams, or projects that are behind plan.
- Solve cross-functional problems across product, technology, operations, people, and commercial teams.
- Build processes for planning, performance management, accountability, and resource allocation.
- Lead the operating setup of new businesses, markets, and teams.
- Improve organizational structures and processes that slow execution.
- Step directly into critical projects when execution or ownership is weak.

- Strong track record building and scaling operations in a technology company, startup, or high-growth business.
- Experience owning company-wide, multi-market, or multi-business execution.
- Strong understanding of business metrics, operating models, and organizational design.
- Ability to identify why a business or team is underperforming and implement the fix.
- Highly analytical with strong execution capability.
- Hands-on operating style - comfortable working directly with data, processes, and teams.
