About ActAI
There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such as email, notes, tasks, calendar and they're not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications for anyone in the world, who are not used to complex prompting. We aim to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal to no prompting.
Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. We believe products will greatly reduce hallucinations.
Our objective is to organise anyone's life, allowing us all to spend time on valuable and meaningful things.
About the Role
The COO will own group-wide operations and execution across ActAI businesses, functions and markets. The role is responsible for making sure priorities translate into clear ownership, measurable outcomes and fast execution.

What you will be doing
- Turn group priorities into targets, owners, timelines and operating plans.
- Run operating reviews and identify businesses, teams or projects that are behind plan.
- Solve cross-functional problems across product, technology, operations, people and commercial teams.
- Build processes for planning, performance management, accountability and resource allocation.
- Lead the operating setup of new businesses, markets and teams.
- Improve organisational structures and processes that slow execution.
- Step directly into critical projects when execution or ownership is weak.

What you will need
- Strong track record building and scaling operations in a technology company, startup or high-growth business.
- Experience owning company-wide, multi-market or multi-business execution.
- Strong understanding of business metrics, operating models and organisational design.
- Ability to identify why a business or team is underperforming and implement the fix.
- Highly analytical with strong execution capability.
- Hands-on operating style - comfortable working directly with data, processes and teams.
