Operations Manager / Chief Operating Officer (COO)

📍 Central London (Hybrid) | 💰 £100,000–£140,000 + Profit Share + Bonus + Outstanding Benefits

Please note: this role cannot provide sponsorship. Applicants must have existing right to work.

Are you the kind of operator who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring high-performance businesses run with precision?

We're partnering with an ambitious, technology-driven quantitative trading firm that's redefining performance in a specialist global market. As the business continues to scale, they're looking for an exceptional Operations Manager / COO to become the operational backbone of the company.

This isn't a traditional corporate COO role.

You'll work directly with the CEO, sitting at the heart of a fast-paced trading environment where operational excellence, risk management, and flawless execution are critical. You'll build processes, optimise workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help scale a business operating across Europe, Asia, and the US.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
