Tasks
What will you be responsible for?
As Chief Operating Officer, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across LTLGS, working closely with the CEO and CFO to translate business strategy into outstanding operational performance.
Leading Operations and Engineering, you will drive safety, quality, airworthiness, on-time delivery, productivity and cost performance while embedding Lean and continuous improvement.
This is a highly visible senior leadership role, responsible for building high-performing teams, optimising capacity and resources, strengthening operational excellence and supporting sustainable business growth in a highly regulated aviation MRO environment.

Requirements
What you’ll need?
- Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related discipline.
- Significant senior management/director-level experience in Aerospace, Aviation MRO, aircraft component maintenance, engineering or highly regulated manufacturing.
- Proven leadership of Operations and Engineering in a complex, safety-critical environment.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft/component maintenance and preferably EASA Part-145.
- Proven Lean, continuous improvement and operational transformation experience.
- Strong production planning, capacity, resource and KPI management experience.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering financial and operational targets.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong knowledge of Quality, HSE and regulatory requirements.
- Visible, accountable and collaborative leadership style with strong commercial judgement.
