Operating across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain on an international scale, the business has built an enviable reputation for innovation, customer experience, and operational excellence. With ambitious growth plans and increasing global demand, the next phase requires a commercially minded operational leader to build the infrastructure, capability, and performance needed to support sustainable international expansion.
We are seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to partner closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to lead every aspect of global operations and help build a world-class operational platform.

The Opportunity
This is a role for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, international manufacturing and distribution environments and understands how operational excellence drives commercial success.
You will:
- Develop and deliver a scalable global operating model to support continued international growth
- Lead manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, customer experience, and operational excellence across multiple international locations
- Build resilient global supply chains and strategic supplier partnerships that improve quality, service, and profitability
- Drive operational transformation through technology, automation, and continuous improvement
- Develop high-performing international leadership teams while embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

The Profile
You are a proven COO, Operations Director, Managing Director, or senior operational executive with a strong track record in international manufacturing, production, or distribution.
You bring:
- Experience leading and scaling complex international manufacturing and supply chain operations
- A strong commercial mindset with expertise across procurement, logistics, operational performance, and continuous improvement
