Role Description
The Chief Operating Officer for Dejohnemedia at Accuetech is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This position oversees daily operations for the Dejohnemedia unit, ensuring alignment with Accuetech’s strategic vision and growth objectives. The COO will manage operational processes, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate resource allocation to deliver seamless technology and media solutions.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing business plans
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Optimizing workflows
- Driving continuous improvement
- Collaborating with executive leadership on financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture
Qualifications
- Strong business planning skills, including strategic development and execution for multi-enterprise and media-focused operations.
- Proven experience in operations management, with the ability to streamline processes, lead teams, and manage complex projects.
- Advanced analytical skills for interpreting data, setting performance indicators, and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
- Solid understanding of finance and budgeting, including forecasting, cost control, and resource optimization.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in senior operations or executive roles, ideally within technology, media, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Track record of driving organizational change, innovation, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is beneficial.
