We are looking for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) - to become the operational partner to the CEO and lead the delivery and execution engine of the business.
The company has reached an important inflection point, with significant enterprise demand and a growing healthcare platform creating the need to scale the delivery capability, operating model, teams and processes.
This is a delivery-led COO role. The COO will be responsible for making the organisation execute. You will translate strategic priorities into clear plans, ensure cross-functional teams deliver against commitments, build scalable operational processes and create the structure, accountability and performance discipline required to support significant growth.

- Own the company's operational delivery engine and ensure strategic priorities are converted into measurable outcomes.

Enterprise Implementation & Service Delivery
- Lead the operational framework that enables the company to deliver successfully for enterprise customers.

Operational Excellence & Scaling
- Build the operating infrastructure required to support rapid growth.

Performance Management (KPIs & OKRs)
- Metrics Architecture: Establish, track, and optimize company-wide KPIs and quarterly OKRs to ensure team alignment with board-level goals.

Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the operational integrator across the Senior Leadership Team.

Operational Risk & Quality
- Establish appropriate operational controls and risk management across the delivery organisation.

AI Transformation
- Breaking operational inertia, redesigning role architectures, and moving the company from pilot-stage AI experiments to enterprise-wide adoption.
Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a proven operator and delivery leader, ideally with experience in a technology-enabled, Healthtech, healthcare, life sciences or similarly complex environment.
- Healthtech VC Sector Experience: Demonstrated track record working within VC-backed Healthtech start-ups or scale-ups. Ideally you would have experience as COO, VP Operations or Chief of staff.
- Strong experience leading complex enterprise implementations or service delivery programmes.
- Experience building and improving operating models and delivery processes.
- Proven workforce, resource and capacity planning experience.
- Strong experience establishing KPIs, performance management and delivery governance.
- Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional teams and programmes.
- Deep familiarity with healthcare data compliance, enterprise pharma expectations, and healthtech investor dynamics.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Mastery of setup and governance across CRM systems
