🚀 Senior Operations Manager → Future COO | Central London

We're partnering with a high-growth quantitative trading and alternative investment business looking for an exceptional Senior Operations Manager with the ambition and capability to develop into a Chief Operating Officer.
Working directly alongside the CEO, you'll take ownership of the operational engine of a fast-paced, performance-driven organisation. You'll oversee trading operations, risk processes, capital flows, and cross-functional delivery—playing a key role in shaping how the business scales. This is more than an operations role. It's a genuine opportunity to build, influence and lead.
