Eden Scott is the retained partner to StretchSense, the world-leading sensor technology company with offices across Scotland, New Zealand, and a manufacturing partner in Taiwan/China. They are entering an exciting new era of growth following a successful business transformation, major product launch, and strategic pivot into high-growth B2B markets. Their proprietary sensor technology is widely regarded as best-in-class, powering advanced motion capture and spatial tracking solutions through their proprietary data gloves across XR training, AI robotics, healthcare, and beyond.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the operational engine behind StretchSense's next phase of growth.

We are looking for a confident operator who can thrive in a complex environment.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the business
- Translate strategy into practical operating plans and measurable outcomes
- Build effective operational structures, reporting rhythms, and governance processes
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across different time zones
- Drive process improvement, efficiency, and organisational performance
- Support hiring plans across engineering, software, cloud, sales, and international operations
- Manage and develop key supplier and manufacturing relationships
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, production capacity, and service levels with manufacturing partners
- Improve visibility through KPIs, reporting, and data-driven decision making
- Support the leadership team as the business scales internationally
- Help create a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and results

We are particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate:
- Senior operational, general management, or executive leadership experience
- Strong manufacturing and supply chain knowledge
- Experience negotiating with international manufacturers and suppliers
- Success scaling businesses through periods of growth and transformation
- Commercial and financial acumen
- Strong organisational and leadership capability
- Experience building productive relationships and managing global teams across a variety of cultures and geographies
- A hands-on, pragmatic approach combined with strategic thinking
- The confidence to influence at board level
The Package
- £120,000-£135,000 base salary
- Performance-related bonus
