The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Managing Director – Operations to lead and scale the operational backbone of Wireless Logic. This role is accountable for the end-to-end operational performance of the business, ensuring that we can sell, deliver, bill, support, comply and govern effectively at scale. You will play a critical role in enabling growth while ensuring operational control, consistency, and resilience across a complex, international organisation.
Working in close partnership with the wider executive team, this role ensures alignment between service delivery, platform reliability and change, supporting a high-availability, regulated and product-led business. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role requiring strong commercial, operational and governance expertise.

You'll ensure operational execution is predictable, efficient and aligned to the Group's strategic ambitions.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
Champion an operational culture centred around exceptional customer outcomes. You'll own the customer service operating model, ensuring every interaction reflects Wireless Logic's commitment to quality, responsiveness and reliability. Working closely with Technology, you'll ensure operational resilience during incidents, effective service recovery and continuous improvement of the customer experience. Success will be measured not only by SLA achievement, but by customer satisfaction, loyalty and long-term value.
Commercial Operations & Revenue Performance
Ensure Wireless Logic can scale commercially without compromising operational control. You'll oversee the entire commercial lifecycle—from customer onboarding through to billing and revenue collection—ensuring accuracy, efficiency and a seamless customer experience. Working closely with the CFO, you'll strengthen operational controls, protect revenue integrity and optimise margin through simplified, scalable operating processes.
Operational Transformation & Business Enablement
Lead the continuous evolution of the Group's operating model. You'll simplify processes, improve business systems and drive automation to create an organisation that is increasingly efficient, scalable and data-driven. Your focus will be on reducing complexity, improving productivity and enabling colleagues across the business to operate more effectively.
Governance, Risk & Operational Control
Establish a best-in-class operational governance framework that provides confidence to customers, regulators, investors and the Board. You'll oversee compliance, quality, ESG and legal governance, ensuring robust controls are embedded across the organisation while maintaining the agility required within a fast-growing technology business. You'll create clear accountability, effective decision-making and disciplined operational execution across every function.
Executive Leadership
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you'll translate strategy into operational reality. Working in close partnership with the CEO, CFO, Managing Director of Technology and Chief Product & Marketing Officer, you'll balance customer experience, commercial performance and operational excellence while helping shape the long-term direction of the Group. You'll build a high-performing operations organisation characterised by collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

- Provide confidence to the Executive Team, Board and investors through predictable, high-quality execution.
Required Experience & Attributes
- Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within a complex, international business
- Strong background in telecoms, IoT, SaaS, or subscription-based environments
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling end-to-end operating models
- Deep understanding of commercial lifecycle management (Contract-to-Cash)
- Experience operating in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including margin and cost-to-serve management
- Experience working in private equity-backed or high-growth organisations is highly desirable
