About Evercam
Our mission is to improve productivity and safety on construction sites through Reality Driven Intelligence.
We are 130 people delivering hardware, software, and services in 25 countries across 24 time zones to the world’s largest, most complex construction projects.
The Role
The COO reports to the CEO and owns Global Operations. He/She manages the Site Ops, Support, BizOps, Hardware, and Compliance teams. We are a matrix organizational structure. Some of the delivery teams (site services) report to regional MDs and would be your dotted-line reports, other teams (professional services & support) would report directly to you.
You are responsible for
- Performance Management & Measurement (Work with C-Suite to implement performance measurement including KPIs & OKRs across the org.)
- Service delivery through site services, professional services & customer support teams.
- End to end Hardware, inventory and associated supply chain & logistics
- The “Evercam OS” - How we do things - this will include rethinking many of our processes and org structure for an AI-first approach.
- Systems, Data & AI (Internal Apps)
- The Intranet
- Compliance & The Customer Contract, SLAs
