Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for the daily and ongoing operational delivery of our operational plans. This is a highly influential role at the heart of our organisation and a key member of both the Executive Team and Trust Board.

The role reports directly to the Trusts Chief Executive and you will work alongside executive colleagues to lead large-scale operational services, advise on clinical service improvements and ensure our services are fit for the future. You will lead five clinical divisions and the Division of Infrastructure.

We are now entering a new chapter, guided by a clear set of Trust priorities focused on what matters most: delivering outstanding patient care, supporting and developing our people, and creating a sustainable future for our services. If you are an inspiring leader, who shares our values and can engage people at every level, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
