As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to join our Executive Committee and lead the operational engine behind our ambitions.

This is a broad, influential mandate spanning operations, technology & AI, risk & compliance, people and deal delivery. Working closely with the Executive Committee, Chairman and Board, you’ll turn strategy into execution, build a scalable operating platform and help shape the future of the business.
We’re looking for a commercially astute, hands-on senior leader with deep experience in regulated financial services, ideally across property development finance, alternative finance or private credit. You’ll combine strategic thinking with operational discipline and be equally credible in the boardroom and close to the business.
