Role Overview

The Chief Origination & Capital Markets Partner will lead global opportunity sourcing and institutional capital relationships. This individual will build the transaction pipeline, develop strategic partnerships and connect proprietary opportunities with institutional investors. The role combines senior relationship management, transaction origination and capital formation.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with private equity firms, private credit funds, institutional investors, pension investors, family offices, insurers, reinsurers and strategic capital providers.
  • Originate transactions across insurance special situations, private credit, infrastructure, distressed assets and structured finance.
  • Develop direct relationships with corporates, sponsors, lenders, asset owners and advisers.
  • Identify proprietary opportunities before they reach broad market processes.
  • Lead initial transaction discussions.
  • Coordinate with sector specialists, structuring professionals and capital partners.
  • Support capital solutions for complex transactions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of transaction experience.
  • Proven origination track record.
  • Strong institutional relationships.
  • Experience working with senior decision makers.
  • Ability to operate independently and build a franchise.
