Future Chief People Officer

Location: United Kingdom
Salary: Executive-level package plus long-term career progression

The Opportunity

FM Talent Partners is partnering with a leading UK Facilities Management organisation with revenues approaching £300m and ambitious plans to exceed £500m in the coming years.

To support this next phase of growth, the business is seeking an outstanding People Director to lead its people strategy, talent agenda and organisational development programme.

This role is viewed as a succession pathway to Chief People Officer, providing the successful individual with an exceptional opportunity to help shape one of the sector's most exciting growth stories.

The Role

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering a people strategy that supports growth, improves engagement and strengthens leadership capability across the organisation.

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded people leader with experience operating in complex, fast-paced organisations.

You will likely bring:

  • Significant senior HR or People leadership experience
  • Experience within Facilities Management, Outsourcing, Engineering Services, Property Services or a similar multi-site environment
  • Proven experience supporting organisational growth and transformation
  • Strong stakeholder management and board-level influencing skills
  • Experience leading large-scale people and culture initiatives
  • A strategic mindset combined with operational delivery capability
