The Role

The business is scaling fast and is now investing in their people function to support its next phase of growth. As Chief People Officer, you'll bring structure, maturity, and strategic direction to how the organisation operates, shaping the culture and capability to match where the business is heading. You will take full accountability for org design, leadership capability, and the systems and culture that will carry the business through its next phase of growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic people leader to shape and scale a function at a fast-growing, investor-backed SaaS business.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a CPO, CHRO, or senior people leader at a high-growth SaaS or tech business.
  • Strong track record building and scaling people functions through periods of rapid growth and change.
  • Demonstrable expertise across talent acquisition, org design, L&D, engagement, and retention.
  • Commercial acumen with proven ability to align people strategy to broader business goals.
  • Confident, credible presence with the ability to partner and influence at C-suite and board level.
  • A strategic, self-driven approach, comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
