About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Executive Team as our new Chief Performance, Improvement and Transformation Officer. This is a newly created Board-level role with responsibility for bringing together performance, improvement and transformation into a single, integrated portfolio. The successful candidate will help create a clear line of sight from strategy to delivery, ensuring that improvement becomes the Trust’s operating model and that priorities translate into measurable outcomes for patients, carers, colleagues and our communities.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and serving as a member of the unitary Board, you will lead the Trust's approach to performance management, improvement methodology, transformation delivery, programme management and organisational productivity. You will provide leadership across clinical, operational and corporate services, strengthening accountability, supporting delivery and helping the organisation improve at pace.
Requirements
We are looking for a values-led executive leader with significant experience of leading performance, improvement, and transformation within large, complex organisation. Ideally, you will bring experience of leading performance, or improvement, or transformation within mental health services, enabling you to quickly understand the operational, clinical and regulatory context and make an early impact.
