As our products move through development, QA and commercialisation, we are looking for a Chief Product Officer who can take ownership of the overall product strategy and help turn our technology portfolio into scalable, commercially successful products.
The Role
This is a hands-on executive product leadership role within an early-stage technology business.
You will work closely with the Founder & CEO, CTO, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and wider leadership team to define what we build, why we build it, how it is positioned and how it generates sustainable commercial value.
You will have responsibility for the end-to-end product lifecycle across Atyourtime Technology, from product vision and market validation through development, launch, commercialisation and continuous improvement.
This role is suited to someone who is comfortable operating where product strategy, technology, customer need and commercial opportunity meet.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Owning and continuously refining the Atyourtime Technology product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Leading product direction across our SaaS, white-label, AI-enabled and enterprise technology offerings
- Driving the evolution and commercialisation of Tag & Scan verification infrastructure
- Leading product strategy for AGE, Studio, LiveTrack, SmartTag and our wider enterprise product portfolio
- Establishing clear product-market fit across targeted industries and customer segments
- Working closely with Engineering and the CTO to translate product strategy into executable technical roadmaps
- Ensuring products are designed around API-first, scalable and modular architecture
- Defining product requirements, priorities, release plans and success criteria
- Establishing appropriate pricing, packaging, subscription and licensing models
- Supporting enterprise sales through demonstrations, proposals, solution design and customer discussions
- Working with Business Development and Marketing on go-to-market strategy and product positioning
- Overseeing enterprise onboarding, product implementation and customer feedback loops
- Establishing structured processes for product discovery, validation and continuous improvement
- Ensuring customer and market intelligence feeds back into future product development
- Helping define KPIs covering adoption, usage, revenue, retention, product performance and customer value
- Managing product dependencies across the wider Atyourtime ecosystem
- Supporting the development of product teams as the organisation grows

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who has operated at senior product leadership level within a technology, SaaS, platform or enterprise software environment.
You should ideally bring:
- Strong experience owning technology products from strategy through delivery and commercialisation
- Experience with SaaS, platform-based or API-led products
- Understanding of white-label and modular enterprise technology
- Good working knowledge of cloud architecture, APIs, integrations and scalable software platforms
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams
- A strong commercial mindset with exposure to pricing, packaging, licensing or revenue models
- Experience translating customer and market requirements into product strategy
- Strong understanding of product-market fit and go-to-market development
- Experience operating in a startup, scale-up or other fast-moving environment
- Confidence engaging with enterprise customers and commercial partners
- Strong prioritisation and decision-making capability
- An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build processes rather than simply inherit them
Experience with AI-enabled products, logistics technology, enterprise infrastructure, verification, data platforms or workflow technology would be advantageous.
Remuneration – Please Read Before Applying
We want candidates to have complete clarity about the structure of this opportunity before entering the recruitment process.
This role is not initially a conventional salaried executive position.
Atyourtime Technology is currently at an early-stage commercialisation phase. The initial package will therefore be structured around:

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Equity participation
The successful candidate will receive an agreed equity package, subject to the company's standard vesting arrangements and contractual documentation.
Performance and value creation
The initial engagement is designed for a senior leader who is comfortable contributing during the company's early growth stage and participating in the long-term value they help create.
Transition to salary
The intention is for the position to transition into a conventional salaried executive role once the company reaches agreed revenue generation and/or funding milestones.
The salary level at that stage will be agreed based on:
- company financial position
- funding and/or recurring revenue
- role scope
- market benchmarking
- individual contribution and performance
The precise equity, vesting arrangements, expectations and salary-transition conditions will be discussed transparently with shortlisted candidates before any appointment is finalised.
Please only apply if you are genuinely comfortable with this structure.
We recognise that this model will not suit everyone, and that is completely understandable.
We would rather be transparent at the beginning of the process and speak with candidates who actively want the opportunity to help build an early-stage technology business and participate in the value they help create.
Why Join Atyourtime Technology?
This is an opportunity to have meaningful influence over the development of an emerging technology portfolio rather than joining after the product strategy has already been established.
You will:
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO and senior leadership team
- Shape product strategy across multiple technology offerings
- Influence both technology and commercial direction
- Participate in the long-term value of the business through equity
- Help take products from development through commercialisation and scale
- Play a central role in building a product-led technology organisation
- Have the opportunity to grow with the company as it moves into its next stage
We are looking for someone who sees the current stage of Atyourtime Technology not as a limitation, but as an opportunity to help shape what the company becomes.
