Chief Product Officer

I’m working with an established, private equity backed business to hire an exceptional Chief Product Officer to lead a critical commercial evolution.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of an established business that combines operational services with proprietary technology. The business has a clear strategic objective: evolve from being viewed primarily as a services provider into a software enabled platform business, creating stronger customer retention, greater scalability and enhanced enterprise value.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board and investors, you will own the product strategy, platform roadmap, and evidence based transformation required to deliver this vision.

This is not a traditional product leadership role. You will be responsible for transforming technology from a support function into a strategic commercial driver. You will build the product organisation, align engineering and data teams around measurable business outcomes, and create a platform that becomes integral to an established customer base. Success will be measured not only by platform capability, but by demonstrable improvements in customer retention, adoption, operational efficiency and long term commercial value.

Lead Product Strategy and Transformation

  • Define and execute a product strategy aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Create and own a product roadmap driven by market demand and business priorities.
  • Build and develop a high-performing product management function.
  • Ensure product investment decisions are informed by measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Lead the development of AI enabled product capabilities that create meaningful customer value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
