About Us

Log My Care is one of the UK’s leading care management platforms, trusted by over 2,000 care organisations and an NHS-assured Digital Social Care Records (DSCR) supplier. Our mission is to help hundreds of thousands of carers provide better quality care to the UK’s most vulnerable people. Most care providers have now moved from paper to digital care records, so the challenge has shifted from digitising to getting real value from that record: less admin for carers, better insight for managers, and more connected care across health and social care. We’re passionate about leading that next step with our intuitive mobile app and web-based tools that make delivering exceptional care far easier for hard-working carers.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric Chief Product Officer.

💰 Salary Range: Competitive + 100% on target bonus + equity

🏢 Location: This role is based in London. Our mandatory in-office days are Wednesdays & Fridays.

With a new CEO in place to drive the next phase of growth, we are looking for a Chief Product Officer to join the Leadership Team and help deliver it.

AI has already reshaped our engineering function, which now ships at real pace. The prize is doing the same for product and design: making good decisions faster, using AI to turn ideas into products without compromising quality, and streamlining how we launch.

You'll report to the CEO and lead three squads (three PMs, two designers and product marketing), working closely with the leadership team to establish solid product foundations, close alignment with GTM and a product strategy the whole company rallies behind.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

Product Strategy & Operating Model

  • The Operating Model & Roadmap: Own how work gets prioritised, scoped, designed and launched. Own how the roadmap is built and how it changes. Reduce friction in how sales and CS requests are prioritised. Ensure we communicate the roadmap clearly, internally and to the Board.
  • Product Strategy: Create company-wide clarity and alignment on product strategy to enable faster decision making and delivery.

Commercial & Growth

  • Commercial Outcomes: Shape pricing and packaging alongside commercial leadership. Own product's contribution to growth: adoption, retention, expansion and win rates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
