Company Background
My Fintech client is an established SaaS platform built on a mature and rapidly expanding multi-sector network of creditors. Their high-volume data business has officially entered scale-up mode. To fuel this evolution, expand their market proposition, and deliver on ambitious growth strategy, they are seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join the executive leadership team.
About the Role
The CPO is a high-impact, dual-responsibility leadership position engineered for a strategic visionary who sits at the intersection of consumer advocacy and platform evolution. In their B2BC FinTech ecosystem. This leader will not only run the operations that capture deep behavioural insights, user friction, and market demands, but will also possess the direct authority and responsibility to translate those insights directly into the core product platform roadmap. By merging CX data and cutting-edge artificial intelligence with product strategy, this role ensures that API capabilities, white-label interfaces, and embedded financial features are inherently user-centric, secure, and commercially scalable.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
