Chief Product Officer
Global Payments FinTech | London (Hybrid) | Executive Leadership

We're exclusively partnering with a globally recognised payments technology business to appoint an exceptional Chief Product Officer.
This is a rare opportunity to join the executive leadership team of a high-growth, publicly listed fintech that sits at the heart of global digital commerce. The business enables many of the world's largest technology companies to accept local payment methods across international markets, connecting consumers with the ways they prefer to pay while simplifying the complexity of cross-border commerce.
As Chief Product Officer, you'll define and execute the global product vision, leading strategy, innovation and execution across a sophisticated payments platform used by leading enterprise merchants worldwide.
The Opportunity
You'll own the product strategy across an established international platform whilst identifying the next generation of growth opportunities, leveraging emerging technologies including AI, real-time payments, digital wallets, account-to-account payments and embedded financial services.

Working closely with the CEO, CTO and executive leadership team, you'll balance long-term product vision with commercial delivery, ensuring customers remain at the centre of every decision.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the company's global product vision and multi-year roadmap.
- Lead and inspire high-performing Product, Product Management, Product Design and Product Operations teams.
- Drive innovation across payment infrastructure, enterprise platforms and merchant experiences.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Commercial, Data, Risk and Operations to deliver products at scale.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments and commercial revenue streams.
- Build world-class product processes, metrics and operating cadence.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers and strategic partners to understand future market needs.
- Represent Product at Board and Executive level, influencing company strategy and investment decisions.
We're Interested In Speaking To Leaders Who Bring
- Executive Product leadership experience within fintech, payments or financial technology.
- A proven track record scaling global B2B SaaS or payments platforms.
- Experience leading large international Product organisations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into profitable product strategy.
- Experience balancing innovation with operational excellence.
- Outstanding stakeholder management across executive teams, investors and enterprise clients.
- A data-led approach combined with strong customer empathy.
- Experience within payments infrastructure, acquiring, wallets, banking, payment gateways or adjacent fintech sectors would be highly advantageous.
