Chief Product Officer | Tech for Good | SaaS
We're looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead product strategy and help to scale an ambitious and well-invested B2B SaaS business. This is a great opportunity to help drive optimisation and customer satisfaction in a tech-for-good sector.
The objectives of the role are to set clear priorities, improve how products move from idea to launch, support wider engineering initiatives, and lead a team of product managers and designers (approx. 5).
Following a successful funding round, there is an ambition to leverage AI and modern engineering practices to improve the product and engineering function. Working alongside a CTO and CEO, you will be the strategic and commercial lead on product.

The role
- Define a product strategy that supports customer needs and commercial goals.
- Own the roadmap, including how priorities are agreed and communicated across the business.
- Improve how product, design, engineering, sales, and customer success work together.
- Use AI where it helps the team gather insight, prototype, and deliver effectively.
- Coach and develop the product and design team, raising the standard of execution.
What you'll bring
- Senior product leadership experience in a growing B2B SaaS business, ideally vertical SaaS.
- A track record of setting product strategy and building effective ways of working, with measurable results.
- Experience balancing customer needs, commercial opportunities, and technical priorities.
- Evidence of using AI to improve how a product or design team works.
- Strong people leadership and the ability to bring teams together around clear decisions.
