Chief Product Officer - SaaS / HealthTech
Salary – Competitive + Bonus + Equity + Benefits (Private healthcare, Pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, cycle to work scheme, socials, L&D budget)
Location – Central London – Hybrid (office days Wednesday & Friday)

We are supporting a fast‑growing, VC‑backed SaaS scale‑up in the health & social care technology sector. With strong ARR growth and a new CEO driving the next phase of expansion, this is a pivotal leadership hire.

The Role
- Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
- Drive product–sales alignment and shape pricing/packaging.
- Lead AI‑enabled product and design transformation.
- Ensure compliance with NHS DSCR, GDPR, and clinical safety standards.
- Coach and develop PMs, designers, and product marketing.
- Act as a key voice at board level and with investors.

The Candidate
- Senior product leadership experience in VC/PE‑backed SaaS.
- Evidence of scaling ARR
- Track record of AI transformation in product/design.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align product with growth.
- Mission‑driven tech‑for‑good mindset.
- Board‑level communication and investor exposure.
