Chief Growth Officer (Equity Only)

Atyourtime Technology is the technology arm of Atyourtime Group, building enterprise-grade software that enables secure, transparent and verifiable operations across multiple industries.
Our ecosystem includes API-first SaaS platforms, white-label enterprise solutions and custom-built technology designed to help organisations improve accountability, visibility and operational trust across last-mile delivery, logistics, pharmacy, legal services and other regulated sectors.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced Chief Growth Officer to lead the commercialisation of our technology portfolio and drive revenue growth across the Atyourtime ecosystem.
The Role
This is a senior executive leadership role with responsibility for defining and executing the commercial growth strategy across all Atyourtime Technology products and services.
You will lead the development of a scalable and repeatable revenue engine across:
- API-first Verification Platform (SaaS)
- White-label delivery, packaging and customer engagement platforms
- Enterprise logistics and tracking solutions, including LiveTrack
- Custom-built enterprise solutions for regulated and high-value industries
- Agent-led growth and strategic partnership programmes

Working directly with the CEO and alongside Product, Engineering and Commercial leadership, you will define and execute the strategy that positions Atyourtime Technology as a leading provider of enterprise trust and verification infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the overall growth and revenue strategy across all product lines
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple industries
- Build and scale enterprise sales pipelines and strategic partnerships
- Identify, develop and close high-value B2B opportunities
- Develop direct, channel and partner-led growth models
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure strong product-market fit
- Lead enterprise negotiations, commercial proposals and contract execution
- Define, monitor and report on growth KPIs, pipeline health and revenue performance
- Represent Atyourtime Technology in strategic meetings, industry engagements and partnership discussions
- Contribute to the wider commercial strategy across the Atyourtime Group
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience scaling revenue within SaaS, enterprise software or technology businesses
- Strong track record of enterprise sales, strategic partnerships and commercial negotiations
- Commercially driven with ownership of revenue growth and go-to-market execution
- Experience working within startup or high-growth environments
- Ability to build and execute multi-channel growth strategies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build from the ground up
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative executive team

Compensation
This is an equity-based executive opportunity with a planned transition to a salaried position upon revenue generation, together with performance-based incentives.
