Chief Revenue Officer

We are partnering with a PE backed technology business to hire a first class Chief Revenue Officer

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO and operating as a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for growing and building the sales function for a professional services technology enabled business that has a well established market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Take overall leadership of the commercial agenda, building a scalable high performing revenue agenda.
  • Operate with a broad mix of both blue chip and high growth organisations, comfortable working across all levels.
  • Experience of complex solution led sales is a must as is the ability to build a sales culture driving both revenue and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate evidence of having materially grown revenue as well as building a structured repeatable sales and account management process.
  • Move towards a more sophisticated, data driven and predictable commercial model.

Compensation

  • Significant basic salary and annual bonus.
  • Equity available from day 1 in this position. The business is looking to move towards an event in the short term.
  • Equity component deliberately aligned with the mandate. You will benefit directly in the enterprise value you help create.
