Upto £100,000 base + bonus + EMI share options
A specialist agency helping financial services firms build reputation, profile and trust through PR, content and integrated marketing. It combines deep sector knowledge with an AI-forward culture and has a clear plan for its next stage of growth.
The role
- Become the senior lead for the agency's most valuable clients, acting as a trusted adviser on how their communications support their commercial goals.
- Bring structure, clarity and transparency to how key accounts are run, from planning and reporting through to renewal.
- Help shape the agency's proposition as its services and pricing evolve, making sure the offer resonates with the buyers who matter.
- Take the agency's PR, content and marketing expertise into new areas of financial services, including payments, fintech, lending and consumer finance.
- Lead new business pitches end to end, from choosing targets to writing proposals and closing deals.
- Put in place a repeatable sales process with clear pipeline visibility.
- Champion the use of AI across client delivery and business development.
- Contribute at board level to strategy and growth.

What you'll bring
- 7+ years in senior client leadership, account management or commercial roles, with a record of growing large, complex relationships.
- Experience in or alongside marketing, PR or communications agencies, so you understand how clients buy and measure these services.
- Strong financial services knowledge. Familiarity with capital markets is valued.
- Credibility with CMOs, heads of communications and C-suite leaders, backed by a relevant UK industry network.
- A commercial mindset: you are as comfortable owning a revenue number as owning a relationship.
- A highly organised, process-led approach and a confident command of AI and digital tools.
- UK-based and able to travel nationally and internationally.
- Desirable: US contacts and experience with CRM and project management platforms.
