Chief Revenue Officer | Acquisitive UK Managed Services Group
Location: UK Hybrid | Salary: Executive Salary + Significant Bonus
We're working with a fast-growing, highly acquisitive UK Managed Services Group looking to appoint a Chief Revenue Officer to help shape the next stage of its growth.
This isn't a traditional sales leadership role. The business already has an established CCO and Sales Director responsible for sales execution. This appointment is about building, refining and continually improving the commercial engine behind them.
You'll work alongside the Board and senior leadership team, bringing greater structure, intelligence and scalability to a growing, multi-business MSP.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of the strategy, systems, processes and commercial infrastructure that enable the Group to grow efficiently and profitably.
Key areas include:
- Revenue Operations: CRM, sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting and commercial reporting.
- Commercial Strategy: Pricing, margins, incentives, customer segmentation and cross-sell opportunities.
- M&A Integration: Bringing acquired businesses together through consistent systems, processes and commercial practices.
- Strategic Partnerships: Maximising vendor and distributor relationships, commercial terms, rebates and joint go-to-market opportunities.
- AI & Automation: Identifying opportunities to use emerging technology, automation and data to improve commercial performance.
- Sales Enablement: Ensuring the sales organisation has the right tools, intelligence and infrastructure to perform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
