Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Package: Up to c.£200,000 base + 50% bonus + meaningful equity.
Lead the Next Phase of Global Growth

Our client is a global management consultancy specialising in enterprise ecommerce integration and digital transformation for some of the world's leading retail and consumer brands.

With an established international presence and ambitious growth plans, the business is seeking an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer to scale global revenues, strengthen the commercial function and help prepare the company for a successful exit within the next three to five years.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a player-coach role, combining strategic leadership with hands-on enterprise sales, executive client engagement and commercial team development.

  • Enterprise ecommerce transformation
  • Composable and headless commerce
  • Global D2C enablement
  • Omnichannel customer experience

The Role

The Chief Revenue Officer will:

  • Develop and execute the global revenue strategy.
  • Lead strategic enterprise sales and key client relationships.
  • Build and inspire a high-performing international commercial team.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and expand recurring services.
  • Support international expansion and strategic technology partnerships.
  • Play a key role in evaluating and integrating future acquisitions.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will help shape the company's commercial strategy and create significant shareholder value ahead of a planned exit.

About You

We're looking for an accomplished commercial leader who has:

  • Successfully scaled revenue within a digital consultancy, systems integrator or technology services business.
  • A strong track record of winning complex enterprise digital transformation programmes.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing commercial teams.
  • Thrived in high-growth, entrepreneurial or private equity-backed environments.
  • Exposure to M&A activity or post-acquisition integration would be advantageous.
