Chief Revenue Officer

Agentic AI | €100m+ Raised | Board Seat | Meaningful Equity
£240-280,000 basic + Executive package + Equity

NeoSapiens has been retained to appoint a Chief Revenue Officer for one of Europe’s most exciting Agentic AI businesses.

Backed by a leading European venture capital investor and having raised more than €100m, the company is entering a defining phase of its growth. Originally built around a highly successful product-led growth model, the business has evolved significantly and is now establishing itself as a serious enterprise technology platform. The next step is to build the commercial organisation to match.

The Chief Revenue Officer will report directly to the Founder & CEO, working closely with the board and investors, with a seat on the board and meaningful equity participation. This is a genuine build-and-scale opportunity: owning the European GTM strategy, shaping the commercial model and building the leadership, structure and operating cadence required to accelerate enterprise growth.

The Mandate:

The CRO will take ownership of the company’s European revenue strategy across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, helping transition the business from exceptional product-led adoption into a world-class enterprise GTM organisation. Key priorities will include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
