Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) - Forex / CFD
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) - Forex / CFD based in United Kingdom.
This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity focused on accelerating global revenue growth within a fast-scaling Forex and CFD environment.
You will define and execute the revenue strategy across regions, client segments and acquisition channels.
The role brings together sales, marketing, partnerships and client acquisition to create a unified and scalable growth engine.
You will lead distributed international teams, optimise conversion and customer lifecycle performance, and expand strategic partner and IB networks.
A major part of the mandate will involve identifying and developing new opportunities across high-potential markets including MENA, SEA and LatAm.
You will work closely with product and operations leaders to ensure commercial initiatives reflect market demand and customer needs.
This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially driven executive who combines financial-services expertise, data-led decision-making and a strong track record of delivering international growth.
Accountabilities
- Develop and execute a global revenue strategy covering multiple regions, customer segments and acquisition channels.
- Lead and scale sales, marketing and client acquisition functions, establishing clear objectives and performance frameworks to deliver ambitious growth targets.
- Optimise the full acquisition funnel, including lead generation, conversion, customer retention and lifetime value.
- Build, manage and expand international Introducing Broker and strategic partner networks to create sustainable revenue streams.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion across MENA, SEA, LatAm and other priority regions, developing tailored commercial strategies for each market.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to align the customer offering, commercial strategy and market positioning with evolving demand.
- Establish and monitor key revenue, acquisition and customer lifecycle KPIs, using performance data to drive continuous optimisation.
- Identify new commercial channels, partnerships and growth opportunities across established and emerging markets.
- Represent the business at relevant industry conferences and events, strengthening market presence and developing high-value relationships.
- Provide senior commercial leadership and ensure sales, marketing and partnership initiatives remain aligned with overall revenue objectives.

Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in senior revenue, commercial, sales or growth leadership roles within FX/CFD, financial services or a closely related industry.
- Proven track record of scaling sales and marketing operations and delivering measurable revenue growth in highly competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels, customer conversion, retention and customer lifetime value optimisation.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing Introducing Broker, affiliate or strategic partner networks.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage multicultural, distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent commercial judgment combined with a data-driven approach to strategy, forecasting and decision-making.
- Strong understanding of international financial markets and the dynamics of acquiring and retaining clients across multiple regions.
- Ability to identify new market opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building and executive stakeholder-management skills.
- High level of ownership, strategic thinking and ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing, performance-oriented environment.
- Experience expanding businesses into MENA, SEA or LatAm is highly advantageous.
- Multilingual capabilities and experience managing cross-border commercial relationships are a plus.
- Experience with affiliate or influencer-led acquisition strategies is beneficial.
- Background in Fintech or other rapidly scaling financial-services businesses is an advantage.
