Role Description

The Chief Revenue Officer - EMEA (equity based) will lead revenue growth across the EMEA region in a part-time, remote capacity. This role is responsible for building and executing the regional go-to-market strategy, overseeing sales operations, and driving lead generation initiatives aligned with the company’s influencer marketing solutions. The individual will establish and manage key brand and agency accounts, develop long-term partnerships, and ensure consistent revenue performance against targets. Day-to-day activities include refining the revenue strategy, mentoring a small commercial team or partners, analyzing pipeline and performance metrics, collaborating with marketing on campaigns, and identifying new market opportunities within EMEA. The role includes equity-based compensation and requires close collaboration with global leadership to align regional execution with overall business objectives.

  • Proven skills in Sales and Account Management, with a track record of closing complex deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations, including building scalable processes, managing pipelines, and using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Strong Strategic Planning capabilities, with the ability to design and execute revenue strategies for diverse EMEA markets.
  • Background in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or media/advertising, preferably within the EMEA region.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing cross-functional or distributed teams and partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; additional European or Middle Eastern languages are a plus.
  • Comfort working in an early-stage or growth-focused environment, with equity-based compensation and a remote, part-time schedule.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
