We are looking for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead revenue growth across our print, digital, events and sponsorship businesses.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can develop commercial strategy, build strong client and agency relationships, identify new opportunities, and help close key deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the group's revenue strategy
- Drive growth across print, digital, events and sponsorship
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies and partners
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Contribute directly to major commercial deals
- Lead and support the commercial team to achieve revenue targets
- Develop new revenue streams and growth opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior commercial, sales or revenue leadership role
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth
- Excellent business development and relationship-building skills
- Established network across clients, agencies and industry contacts
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Hands-on, results-driven approach
