Chief Revenue Officer

Help shape the future of a specialist agency at the heart of global financial markets

The Realization Group is a specialist marketing and communications agency built exclusively for the capital markets and institutional finance sector. We work as an extension of our clients' teams, pairing deep sector knowledge with marketing, content and public relations expertise to help financial markets firms build profile, credibility and commercial advantage.

We are entering an ambitious phase of growth, and we are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to lead it. This is a rare opportunity to take a board-level commercial role in a modern, AI-forward agency, own our most important client relationships, and build the structure and pipeline that will define our next chapter.

The role

Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Board, you will own and drive the commercial performance of the business. You will lead new business generation, shape and execute our commercial strategy, and take direct ownership of our highest-value client relationships. You will combine front-line selling and senior client leadership with the discipline to build repeatable, well-run processes that let the firm scale.

We are looking for a modern commercial leader: highly organised, technology and AI-forward, and equally comfortable building relationships at the most senior levels of the industry and putting in place the systems that make growth sustainable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
