We’re partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS company to appoint a Chief Revenue Officer who will take ownership of customer revenue and play a key role in the company’s next phase of growth.

This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity with an initial focus on maximising revenue across the existing customer base – driving renewals, retention, expansion, upsell and cross-sell, while increasing customer lifetime value.

You’ll inherit an established customer base and lead a high-performing commercial team, building a scalable strategy for growing recurring revenue across both Enterprise and SMB customers.

As the role develops, your remit will expand further into new business and global growth.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning revenue performance across the existing customer base.
  • Driving improvements across NRR, GRR, renewals and customer expansion.
  • Building a repeatable upsell and cross-sell strategy.
  • Identifying whitespace and growth opportunities within strategic accounts.
  • Developing account segmentation and growth strategies across Enterprise and SMB customers.
  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of Account Directors.
  • Driving strong pipeline management, commercial discipline and forecasting accuracy.
  • Working closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Revenue Operations.
  • Providing commercial insight and revenue forecasting to the executive leadership team.
  • Developing opportunities for growth across new markets, business units and global accounts.
  • Supporting the wider new business strategy as the role evolves.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
