Role: Chief Risk Officer

At Humiint, we understand that navigating today's complex business environment demands proactive and strategic risk management. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks are no longer just about compliance; they are crucial for protecting assets, ensuring business continuity, and building trust with stakeholders. As companies grow and face new challenges, they often need expert leadership to build robust risk frameworks and foster a risk-aware culture.

We’re looking to connect with experienced Chief Risk Officers who can provide strategic risk management leadership across diverse organizations. This role is ideal for meticulous and strategic leaders who are passionate about identifying potential threats, developing resilient strategies, and enabling informed decision-making to safeguard an organization's future.

This opportunity is perfect for seasoned risk executives who have a proven track record of designing and implementing effective enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks, navigating regulatory landscapes, and fostering a risk-conscious environment. Whether you’ve been a CRO, Head of Risk Management, VP of Compliance, or a risk consultant with executive oversight, this role offers the flexibility to apply your expertise across multiple high-impact companies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
