Chief Robotics Officer — Titan Robotics

Company Description

Titan Robotics is a new company dedicated to building the universal platform that connects and orchestrates robots from multiple manufacturers. Recognizing that the future of robotics lies in interoperability, the company focuses on integrating diverse robotic systems — arms, mobile bases, sensors, and end effectors from different vendors — into a single, cohesive ecosystem. This approach enables organizations to scale automation efficiently, adapt to evolving technologies, and reduce complexity in multi-robot environments. Titan Robotics offers a dynamic setting for professionals who want to shape the next generation of robotics platforms and drive innovation across industries.

Role Description

The Chief Robotics Officer is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategy, design, integration, and performance of Titan Robotics' multi-robot platform — spanning both the physical robotics stack and the software platform that connects it (teleoperation, data pipelines, model training, and deployment). Day-to-day responsibilities include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in AI applied to robotics, particularly imitation learning / learning-from-demonstration approaches (e.g., ACT, Diffusion Policy)
  • Deep expertise in robotics, including system integration, control strategies, and deployment of multi-robot platforms in industrial or commercial environments
  • Very strong knowledge of VR and remote teleoperation
  • Experience with safety-critical multi-robot coordination (e.g., collision avoidance between simultaneously operating arms or units sharing a workspace)
  • Comfort directing or working closely with the software/platform layer connecting robotics to the broader system — APIs, networking, data pipelines, and infrastructure — not hardware/controls in isolation
  • Proven team management skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and driving technical alignment across departments
