Role Description
The Chief Sales Marketing Officer is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion for Insta x Pay. This role oversees the development and execution of integrated sales and marketing strategies, aligning go-to-market plans with product and business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Managing and coaching sales and marketing teams

The role also involves:
- Collaborating with product and leadership teams to refine positioning, messaging, and pricing
- Building strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyzing market trends
- Overseeing campaigns
- Ensuring that sales and marketing initiatives consistently support sustainable growth
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in Sales Operations and Team Management, including building scalable processes and managing high-performing teams.
- Background in Training and coaching sales professionals to improve performance and product knowledge.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, demand generation, and brand positioning in SaaS or fintech environments.
- Ability to use data-driven decision-making, including CRM and analytics tools, to optimize sales and marketing activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in executive-level collaboration.
- Experience in startup or high-growth companies; familiarity with fundraising, investor relations, or legal-tech is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous but not required.
